The Italian Chapel is I find after many visits, just as enticing. It is a DO NOT MISS place.

For a comprehensive description, please go to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Italian_Chapel

For some photos I have taken: http://northernislands.proboards60.com/ ... &thread=15 which also features Skara Brae
another favourite of mine, but not fully accessible to all understandably.

By the number of breaths we take
But by the moments
That take our breath away.

It's a pretty amazing little visitor attraction. I heard that the Orkney Winery is moving to a location very near the Italian Chapel soon, so two reasons to go to that corner of the islands.

Another accessible location on Orkney is the Ring of Brodgar. Good parking and wide paths. The disabled parking is quite close to the Ring while normal parking is a little further away if I remember right.

Here's a few of my photos of Orkney. http://www.flickr.com/photos/crags/sets ... 792438033/
