Edinburgh Airport Security Alert
Edinburgh Airport is on full alert this afternoon after a suspicious bag was noticed inside the terminal airport. The terminal building has been evacuated and cars aren't being let near the terminal or car parks. Passengers can be dropped off at the nearby Hilton hotel. Suffice to say if you've got a flight this afternoon you're probably going to be delayed.

Scottish Travel Forum Rather Quiet
Anyone looking for our Scottish Travel Forum in the past couple of weeks will notice that it's been rather on the quiet side. This was a knee jerk reaction to the actions of spammers who were making it necessary to police the forum multiple times a day and the fact that I wasn't able to police it for a couple of weeks whilst moving house and office. So I switched it off and haven't got round to reinstating it yet.
Anyway, I'm in the process of deciding whether it is worth having a forum here at all (I'm leaning towards continuing with it) or just scrapping it and letting all reader interaction happen through blog comments on this blog.
Any preferences, please do leave a comment either for or against keeping our Scottish Travel Forum.
