Scottish Blogs & Kite Flying
Just wanted to say a big thanks to Scottish Blogs for adding this blog to their excellent directory.
If you're thinking of visiting Scotland, it's an excellent place to find blogs and get to know what real Scot's are actually like. Some of them anyway!
Big bank holiday weekend coming up, according to the media. According to my diary though, the Scottish bank holiday is the 6th September, not the 30th August. I suspect I'll just have to take both monday's off, one because the telly told me to, and the other because it didn't.
Looking for some good kite flying weather this weekend. The wind is too strong today, but if it drops a bit then West Sands at St Andrews is the place to go. I'll be the one being dragged face down along the beach by a kite that is patently far too big for me, though it could act as landing brakes for a space shuttle.
