Crieff
Perthshire's second largest town - Crieff lies 16 miles west of
Perth in Strathearn. Crieff is a thriving market town with loads
of shops and attractions as well as the Perthshire countryside right
on the doorstep.

Crieff. Good cheap hotel rooms, parking for residents and an excellent
pub make this one of the popular hotels in Crieff. (Believe their

Highland Games
One of the highlights of the year, held in the middle of
August, Crieff Highland games is a great family day out. Often teh
games is presided over by a celebrity Chieftan - Ewan Macgregor,
Elaine C Smith recently. For the moment, Crieff Highland Games is
in it's home of Market Park at the bottom of King Street. Show up
in Crieff on Games day and follow the crowds.
Drover's Tryst
Looking for something interesting in the quiet time at the end of
autumn. Crieff's Drover's Tryst is a walking festival with loads
of events to keep everyone busy. Guided walks, hill-walks, educational
rambles in the strath. It's all here in mid october and well worth
a visit.

Visit the Stuart Crystal factory shop at the bottom of Crieff and

The Ceramic Experience
Pay a visit to the Ceramic Experience at Bennybeg, just south of
Crieff, enjoy a walk round the duck pond and past the climber on
the crag before stopping for a coffee and maybe trying your hand
at glazing a piece of pottery.
